Already fallen off the spring resolutions quite a bit, but telling myself that that is okay and I can recommit.
So here we go again.
Main thing right now is I really feel the urge to return to (almost) daily walks. Both physically and mentally I’m missing it.
So I’m telling myself it’s not too late. I’m telling myself it’s not all or nothing. I’m telling myself I can continue to try to improve myself.
I can try.

Oh man I go crazy if I don’t get a walk in. It’s amazing what a difference it can make. Hope things get easier for you real soon.
