Been having a lot of half thoughts and feelings this week that I’ve had a hard time deciphering. Can’t make sense of my brain. I have a hard time working through things in my head, but have recently realized that I’m better at working though thoughts by talking with someone super patient or journaling. While my boyfriend is extremely patient, I’m currently not even having coherent enough issues to talk them through. Just fragments for now, so I’m trying to get myself to journal more.
Despite that decision, I wasn’t feeling all journally today, but was in the mood to draw a bit.
